Backstory
Raised in the coastal town of Calimport, Kanighar Rostik spent his childhood fascinated by the vast ocean and the tales of far-off lands told by returning sailors. His parents, both skilled shipwrights, instilled in him a love for craftsmanship and the sea. Eager to make his own mark on the world, he signed up as a deckhand on The Horizon Reacher at the tender age of sixteen. Quick to learn and always willing to take on responsibility, he rose through the ranks to become the First Mate by age twenty-three.
